Permit Review Standards

The following submittal standards are intended to ensure that applications include the information necessary for a complete and efficient review by City staff. Providing clear, accurate, and comprehensive information helps reviewers evaluate the proposed project, identify potential issues, and provide timely feedback without unnecessary delays or requests for additional information. These standards are not intended to create unnecessary hurdles, but rather to streamline the review process, promote consistency, and help applicants move their projects forward as efficiently as possible. Submitting the information below upfront benefits both applicants and reviewers by reducing the need for resubmittals and helping facilitate a timely approval.
