City of Wilmington planning staff invites you to attend a community meeting to review the recent Legacy Districts Amendment. Proposed changes to Land Development Code include regulations related to lands identified as watershed resource protection and conservation areas on the CAMA land use classification map in legacy zoning districts (MX, UMX-outside 1945 corporate limits, MF-MH, MF-H, R-20).
Staff will provide an overview of the amendment and review current development standards and then open the floor for comments and questions from residents. Feedback received at this meeting will be used to determine next steps in the process.
