Homebuyer Education Course

Interested in pursuing a first-time homebuyer loan with the City? Take the first step by attending this free Homebuyer Education class led by HUD-certified housing counselors. This course is required for anyone interested in pursuing the City's Home Ownership Pool loan program.

Participants will:

• Earn a certificate valid for two years
• Learn about the City’s HOP loan program
• Gain valuable insight into the homebuying process

To be eligible:

• You must not currently own real property
• You must not already be under contract for a home
