The City of Wilmington's Parks & Recreation Department and the community proudly invite you to a special unveiling ceremony celebrating a newly installed mural honoring the life and legacy of Coach Sherriedale Morgan — champion boxer, veteran, Golden Glove-winning coach, former City of Wilmington employee, and inductee into the Greater Wilmington Sports Hall of Fame.
Join us as we commemorate his remarkable contributions with a vibrant piece of public art, created by the community and displayed at the Sherriedale Morgan Fitness Center. Co-sponsored by the Veterans Creative Arts Program.
