In July, the Wilmington Fire Department hosted 16 students for JFA 2.0, a program intended to prepare high school students for the WFD application process. The group spent the morning going over the JPAT, or Job Physical Agility Test. Applicants are required to pass this test for consideration for employment. In the afternoon, the students learned about interview etiquette and practiced mock panel interviews.
