On July 21, 2026 Wilmington City Council adopted a Resolution Establishing the Northern Riverfront Development District Committee to administer the Declaration of Easements, Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (DECCR) and apply the guidelines and requirements thereof as they pertain to properties included in the District.
Voting Members:
Mayor (Ex Officio)
All Members of The Wilmington City Council (6 Ex Officio)
(2) Non-City District Property Owners
Non-Voting Members:
City Manager or Designee (Ex Officio)
City Attorney or Designee (Ex Officio)
Planning Director or Designee (Ex Officio)
Local Architect
