Cassidy Santaguida

Cassidy Santaguida grew up in El Paso, Texas, and after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in biology from The University of Texas, spent four years as a high school teacher. In 2006, Cassidy began her career in technology as a software developer. She then led a successful workforce development program at the University of Texas, and helped hundreds of people begin their career in software development. During her time on staff at the University, Cassidy also completed the prestigious Executive Leadership for IT Excellence program at the LBJ School of Public Affairs. 

Cassidy moved to Wilmington in 2016 to pursue an opportunity at the financial technology startup nCino, headquartered in Wilmington, where she helped lead and grow the software engineering team — a scaling effort that helped the company achieve global success. Cassidy currently works as a Software Product Manager at The N2 Company.
