Sherriedale Morgan Fitness Center Programming
The Sherriedale Morgan Fitness Center offers free weights, universal equipment, treadmills, stationary bikes, and StairMasters, along with personal and group training and a variety of classes. The gym has various heavy and double end bags available for use, as well as a speed bag platform to hang your own speed bag. Please bring your own hand wraps and boxing gloves with you when you want to use the boxing equipment. Kicking of bags or sparring is not allowed at this gym.
Fit Camp
This boot camp style class mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
Dates: Offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. - 5:15 p.m.

Sunrise Yoga
An hour-long yoga class to gently wake the body, reset the mind, and prepare for the day ahead.
