City of Wilmington Holiday Parade

Join us downtown on Sunday, December 7, at 6:00 pm for a festive celebration as community groups and local businesses come together for this exciting event!

Event Details

Date: Sunday, December 7, 2025 at 6:00 PM

Parade Street Closures: Front St, between Walnut St and Church St, will be closed to traffic starting at 5:00 pm and will reopen at 7:15 pm.

Parking: Metered parking is free on Sundays!

Join us at Riverfront Park (10 Cowan St) on Thursday, December 4, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm for a magical evening!

Event Details

Witness the lighting of the Christmas tree and the arrival of Santa himself! Enjoy a heartwarming reading of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas.
