The Public Comment Period and Public Hearing is an opportunity for the citizens of Wilmington to comment on the plan noted above. The 30-day Public Comment Period will begin on May 28, 2025, and ends at noon June 26, 2025. For more information and to access a copy of the plan please visit FY26 Annual Action Plan .
Citizens may submit comments via email to gilbert.combs@wilmingtonnc.gov no later than noon on Thursday, June 26, 2025, during the Public Comment Period.
