Fitness Programs (6-Weeks)

The Sherriedale Morgan Fitness Center offers free weights, universal equipment, treadmills, stationary bikes, and StairMasters, along with personal and group training and a variety of classes. The gym has various heavy and double end bags available for use, as well as a speed bag platform to hang your own speed bag. Please bring your own hand wraps and boxing gloves with you when you want to use the boxing equipment. Kicking of bags or sparring is not allowed at this gym.

Built to Last

Built to Last is a 6-week strength-focused training program. Each workout is a full body workout encompassing the elements of compound weightlifting, designed to promote strength and longevity in the body. Class will be held on the gym floor using various types of gym equipment. Beginner friendly. Pre-registration Required - FREE (with membership) - 12+

Dates: April 14 - May 23 (Mon., Wed., & Fri.)
Time: 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
