Fitness Programs (6-Weeks)

The Sherriedale Morgan Fitness Center offers free weights, universal equipment, treadmills, stationary bikes, and StairMasters, along with personal and group training and a variety of classes. The gym has various heavy and double end bags available for use, as well as a speed bag platform to hang your own speed bag. Please bring your own hand wraps and boxing gloves with you when you want to use the boxing equipment. Kicking of bags or sparring is not allowed at this gym.

Summer Strength Circuit

A circuit-style full body strength training program that implements elements of weightlifting, functional exercise, plyometrics, and loaded carry. You'll be sure to finish this program feeling stronger and better than when you started!
